Sweet Peach Palette- Is it worth it? // vanityandvodka

This palette has been on my wish list ever since it was released in the US- luckily I was able to pick this up from Debenhams before it sold out and *spoiler alert* I’m in love.

I’ve only ever owned one eye shadow palette from Two Faced (Chocolate Bar palette) and I thought the shadows were amazing quality so I was expecting a lot from this palette.

As you’ve probably guessed- it does smell of peaches- and it’s such a lovely scent, not too overpowering but really sweet and fruity.

I was super excited about the shades, I don’t own a ‘nice’ warm toned palette and so I absolutely needed this for the Summer.  The shades are such a beautiful mix of shimmers and mattes, there are some beautiful brown, taupes, peaches and a few shimmery highlight shades.  You can easily create a simple day look or go all out with a smokey eye- today I blended ‘Candied Peach’ in and just above my crease, it was so effortless but looked so cute and Summery.

The eye shadows are of top quality, as I’d expected from Two Faced, they’re very pigmented, creamy and blend really well.  They also last really well on my lids, I have quite oily lids so colours tend to fade on me quite quickly but these stay most of the day, even without primer!  Considering you’re getting 18, very high quality, eyeshadows for £39, the price really isn’t half bad!

My rating:

Have you tried this out? What do you think?
