November Favourites // vanityandvodka

I don’t feel like I have too many favourites this month but I wanted to do a little post on the things I did have so enjoy.

Nivea Caramel Cream Lip Balm

This is something I’ve had in my collection for ages but never really used. I picked it out at the beginning of November and have used it every day since, the smell is perfect for winter because it smells of warm, melted caramel and it has a super thick creamy texture. I’m surprised at how well it moisturises my lips even in these really cold mornings when normally my dry lips are just impossible to solve.

LUSH Magic Wand Bubble Bar

This one I picked up in late October but only just finished the product late this month. I actually thought this was a bath bomb when I picked it up but when I got home realised it was a bubble more (so I could use it more than once), I love the fact you can swirl it around in your bath to use this. Basically it turns your bath pink, makes the water smell amazing and leaves you with super soft skin at the end of it so nothing bad to say about this really.

Ugg Style Boots

I basically have three shoes I wear regularly depending on the weather; flip flops, hightops and Uggs. The weather has turned so the Uggs have come out!

Rimmel Stay Blushed!

I’m not normally very keen on cream blushes but I’m really liking this, it’s a matte deep pink which blends and settles on my skin lovely. It doesn’t look to oily or dry my skin out, just sits perfectly on top of my foundation and gives a more natural look for everyday.  I also like  this when I’m going to the gym/out in the rain because I feel its more durable than a powder blush.

Sally Hansen Nail Growth Miracle Serum

Since I had my acrylics taken off over a month ago my nails have been so brittle and dry, they’ve also never been very long but this serum seems to be helping with making them stronger and in the long run longer.  You can rub this serum on top of nail polish too so it’s brilliant for every day use.

Maybelline Baby Lips (Winter Edition- Sweet Apple)

I’ve never been keen on the Baby Lips range but everyone else seemed to love them so when they brought out the new winter edition I thought I’d pick one up to see if they’ve improved or I just picked up a bad colour last time. I picked up this red shade and I’m loving it! It’s perfect for everyday use and the perfect subtle winter colour.

Thank you for reading!
