The Camomile Sumptuous Cleansing Butter has been my holy grail cleanser for a few years now and I’ve only just realised I’ve never spoken about it on my blog.
I’m a big fan of cleansing butters, I think in general they just make makeup removal effortless. Gone are the days I’m sat with a cotton pad and 2 gallons of micellar water trying to remove some waterproof eyeliner.
I use a grape-sized amount of this for heavy makeup days, most days I find I’ll need much less. I just warm it up in my palms and massage it onto my face in circular motions. You don’t need a face cloth with or anything, just rinsing with water works perfectly.
Loves
- It’s perfect for travelling, the little tin takes up hardly any room in your suitcase and I’ve taken this on multiple trips and it has yet to leak.
- It’s suitable for contact lens wearers.
- Removing your makeup is made super quick and effortless.
- It smells looovvely.
- It costs a tenner (in comparison, the popular Take The Day Off Cleansing Bar will put you back £24).
Hates
- Honestly…none!
If you’re in the market for a new cleanser then make sure you give this ago- it won’t disappoint!
