Huge Make Up and Skin Care Haul ft. MAC, Kiko, Caudalie and Lush!

It’s only when I start taking photos of everything I’ve brought in the past few weeks that I realise, I spend waaaay too much money on beauty. Oops.

This is a mixture of bits that I picked up from Oxford and, I’ll try and pop links and prices below the pictures if you’re interested in anything and let me know if you’ve tried any of these!

Sorry this is a day late, I’m on holiday at the moment! I’ll try and schedule some posts but may be difficult with this dodge ass wifi.

I’m not 100% sure of the name of this shop, but in Oxford opposite Debenhams there is a little department store which had a lovely skincare department so I picked up some bits from Caudalie and La-Roshe Posay.

The 4 miniatures in the top picture were all £4 each, and if you brought four, you got the fourth free.  I picked up the Cleansing Oil, Micellar Water, Detoxing Mask and Moisturising Mask.  I also picked up the Caudalie Grape Water in limited edition packaging, I love my face mists waaaaay to much.

Last minute I noticed a miniature La-Roshe Posay Thermal Spring Water, I picked this up when I was in the states last year, it’s super refreshing and lovely on hot days. I thought this mini version would be great for Mallorca and easier to travel with that a huge bottle.

Next I stopped at MAC, because girl can’t walk past a MAC counted without picking something up.  I actually picked up two really classic items that I’d been wanting for a while, the Soft and Gentle Mineralize Skin Finish and a matte lipstick in Honeylove.  These always pop up in the beauty world and seem to be a bit of a MAC staple and when the lady from MAC asked me if I wanted a free sample of their Natural Radiance Primer I was like hell yeah.

Next I stopped off in Lush, it’s been a good while since I picked anything up from Lush so my bag got full pretty quickly.  First thing I wanted to pick up was a shampoo and conditioner, the lovely girl working at Lush helped me pick these two out; the Daddy-O shampoo and the American Cream Conditioner.  I also picked up two of my Lush favourites, the Comforter Bubble Bar and The Experimenter bath bomb (not pictured).  Just as I was going to pay I noticed the ‘Frack Off Charity Pot’ which is a hand and body lotion for only £3.50 with proceeds going to charity so that ended up in my basket too, but it’s for a good cause so it doesn’t count..right?

I got suuuppper excited when I found a Kiko store in Oxford and ended up walking out with 3 new bits.  I love Kiko products, they’re amazing quality for a great price and their packaging is just bae- this Mirage Lipstick is in super pretty gold casing with a magnetic lid and cost me around £14, which is quite high compared to their normal items (it’s limited edition!).  I picked up another Long Lasting Eye Shadow Stick in a dark, metallic brown shade which I love, and another of their Water Eye Shadows in a beautiful coral shade.

I then found an adorable little stationary/card shop down a side street and could not resist picking up some of their stationary.  No idea what I’ll actually use these notebooks for but cute af.

On to some bits from Feel Unique, mostly these were holiday purchases as I’m going to Mallorca in 2 weeks.  First on my list was a facial SPF, I didn’t want anything too greasy or thick on my face and this La-Roshe Posay Anthelios XL SPF 50 had amazing reviews so I thought I’d give it ago (anything to stop me getting a sunburnt nose tbf).  To pop in my bag while flying I couldn’t resist this adorable Tangle Teezer designed by Lulu Guiness, it was slightly more than other compact Tangle Teezers at £13.50 but no regrets.

I finally picked up the Dr Paw Paw original balm, I think I saw this originally in a beauty box (Glossybox maybe?) and ever since then I’ve wanted to give it ago.  It’s a multipurpose balm for lips, nails, dry skin, minor bites etc.  It’s only £6.95 and I think it holds a likeness to the Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream no?

I also wanted a thick, creamy lipbalm because aircon+sun+no lipbalm? No thank you very much.  I picked up the Nuxe Reve de Miel Baume Levres Ultra-Nourrissant Lip Balm (bit of a mouthful).  Again this had amazing reviews and so far, so good.

Lastly I couldn’t resist a mini pack of my favourite face wipes, the Yes to Cucumbers Towlettes, when I was in the US I picked up a pack of 40 and was kinda distressed when they ran out.  I didn’t realise we could get them in the UK so I’ll be stocking up when I get home but for my trip, this little pack will do just fine.

Annndd thats my little haul (maybe not so little..), let me know if you’ve tried any of these products, some reviews will be coming soon!

Thank you for reading!
