Looking back at 2017

I can’t actually believe I’m writing this- how are we in 2018 already?!  2017 was actually a pretty busy yet incredible year for me so looking back on it has certainly given me some nice feelings.

The year only kicked off for me in March when I purchased my beautiful car, I’d had a VW beetle as my first car but it quickly went back to the dealer after having some issues.

Then in early April, I visited Amsterdam for the first time.  I stayed in Amsterdam for 2 nights and explored some of the sights including the IAMSTERDAM sigh, the sex museum, grand central station, the red light district and experiencing a river cruise.

May was when I claimed my 5th tattoo.

August marked the month me and Martin visited Brighton for Pride.

It also marked the month we moved in together and little Bruno came home.

September we visited Birmingham to see Mayday Parade.

October we visited Manchester (my first time), threw a Halloween party and got engaged!!

Early November was pretty chill although we did visit the Birmingham Christmas Market.

Late November/early December we spent the week in Runaway Bay in Jamacia which was incredible (full post to follow).

Within a week or so of being home, we came across Coco who needed a home ASAP which we were more than happy to offer.

What I couldn’t show in pictures was the fact I’ve started studying (and loving) a Bachelor of Law part-time.

2017 turned out to be a fab year and I have a feeling 2018 will be even more exciting!
