June Glossybox Unboxing and Review

Glossybox time is quickly becoming my favourite time of the month.  This month we’re back with the pretty, classical pink boxes. Ah I love you Glossybox. This is what I got in my June Glossybox!

Konjac Sponge- Full Size- RRP £6.99

The sneak peak this month was a Konjac Sponge, supposedly big in Asia but I’d never heard of it myself.  The sponge is made from vegetable root with no artificial bits in, it can be used on its own or with a cleanser on the face or body.  When I used it I noticed the sponge has a smooth, rubbery texture to it when wet but dries rock hard.  I always like trying out new skincare bits so I’ll keep giving this a go.

Ladival Sun Protection- Full Size- RRP £19.99

Next thing I noticed was this big bottle of Ladival Sunscreen with SPF 15.  I noticed quite a few people moaning about receiving sunscreen in a beauty box but don’t people realise how important it is?!  I’ve never heard of the brand and although SPF isn’t my ideal SPF (hello super pale skin) I’ll be using this on holidays in the UK, where the sun isn’t the hottest..

Origins Gin-Zing Moisturiser- Sample- RRP £24.99

Another skincare product again, this time from Origins.  I love trying out new moisturisers because I can never really find my perfect moisturiser.  This is the GinZings moisturiser, a really zingy, refreshing, fresh scent.  It sinks into the skin really quickly and feels lovely on the skin.  I have started to break out and I don’t know if it’s this product or pure coincidence, I’ll let you know!

Lait Dr Bruyere After Sun Lotion- Full Size- RRP £9.48

I was so happy to receive something like this in my box as I’m off to Mallorca at the end of this month and it’s a 100% fact I will get burnt.  This stuff smells so good, it’s a very sweet scent so some people may not like it but it’s right up my street.  I can’t comment on how this works yet but I’ll let you know when I’m all red and peeling.  Mmm.

Emite Lip and Cheek Tint- full size- RRP £12.50

This was the only make-up product in the box this time and I’m not overly impressed with it.  It’s a really pretty colour but doesn’t seem to have great lasting power.  I personally wouldn’t purchase this as I feel there are better on the market for the price.

Bonus- Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Conditioner

As an extra we received a little sample from Aussie, I’m pretty happy to have this due to my hair having just gone through 2x of bleach. I’M SORRY HAIR.

That was everything in my June Glossybox and I have to say, I’m pretty happy with the products, especially the after sun lotion and sponge.  What did you think of this months box?
